Upon Assignment:
- Confirm occupancy, negotiate cash for keys, coordinate eviction process
- Secure property, re-key, assess condition, recommend & coordinate repairs, trash-outs, etc.
- Market the property, regular inspections, maintenance and progress reports/market updates.
- Completion of all contract to closing procedures with strict oversight of buyer’s performance.
